have you ever wondered how to make the beautiful balloon pillars/topiary that you see in birthday parties, or weddings or any event? Well, now you are in luck because this video is going to show you how to make this topiary.
MATERIALS NEEDED FOR THIS PROJECT

9 inches balloons (12 pieces) any color of your choice for the topiary

5 inches balloon (60 pieces) any color of your choice
-
260 balloons (8 pieces) for wrapping the stand

9 inches balloons (8 pieces) for the base
-
Foil balloons for additional decoration.
